The Slayer/Watcher relationship

Hello!

Does anyone know of any fics that explore the relationship between a Slayer and her Watcher? Past, present or future, it's all good. Preferentially non-romantic as I'm not looking for the Buffy/Giles ships, but rather the workings of the slayer/watcher dynamic. But romantic/sexual relationships are ok as long as it's a part of it (as in: one of the watchers tasks is to act as a sexual relief for the slayer when the whole "horny and hungry" thing comes up. Yep, I read one of those once).

Okay--first post marked as spam cause of the link I guess? Anyway, go to Nauti Bitz's official website and look for "Helpful Guy," which is the only thing I know of that comes remotely close to what you're looking for :)
