I'm looking for some Spuffy fic where Spike is the one in control of his relationship with Buffy ,where he isn't mindlessly in love and following her and where he isn't Love's Bitch Basically Dom!Spike and Sub!Buffy not only sexually but relationship wise

You might want to check out ladyoneill's stuff. She wrote some very long, very explicit BDSM epics featuring Buffy/Spike, Buffy/Angel/Spike, Spike/Angel, Spike/Willow, and probably other combinations. They were written back around season 2 and 3, before anything was known of Spike's background and the characterization is... well, probably exactly what you're looking for. I think she has most of them archived at AO3 now, under her other handle Laure Alexander.

The other place you might look is all-human AUs, I can't rec specific ones since I rarely read all-human myself, but I've gotten the impression that there are tons of them that have Studly!Alpha!Spike and Submissive!Buffy. I think the comm for them is called spuffy_wonder
