He's Back by Lisa Y Drexel (http://www.sinister-attraction.net/stories/l/hesback.htm) has a turned Wesley, and he kills Buffy's father - Wesley's vampirism not really the focal point of the story, but he's important because when he kills Buffy's dad it makes her sacrifice herself to Angelus and Faith.
