Long, Slow Angel/Spike

Are there any Angel/Spike fics (preferably set in canon, not total AU) that really take their time building the relationship? I'd love fic where the "one time" really was just one time and they don't just easily fall into having sex in present time - not that there's anything wrong with that. ;-) I'm just looking for a slow simmer. The longer the fic, the better.

I've read only a few Angel/Spike fic, so if you're got a rec it's probably new to me.
