I'm trying to find stories where Spike just becomes afraid, maybe he become agoraphobic or he's afraid to fight or of Buffy herself. It doesn't have to be one of the ones I listed just as long as Spike is dealing with some kind of fear.

You might want to give Truth Denied (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=perverted_pages&keyword=Truth+Denied+-+Spander+-+NC17&filter=all) where Xander and Spike are both hiding from the fight in the most unusual place. It's not complete, but I've got the rest sketched out and I'm working on it.

There are a lot of fics out there where Spike is afraid as that's often a natural reaction to some of the horrendous things that he's put through by the evil fiction writers *insert evil grin*...

I wonder if perhaps you mean that you want a fic where he's got to suffer from some kind of phobia instead of simply being afraid.... I read darker stuff and as a consequence tend to avoid most Spuffy fics so here's a Spander rec for you.
