Okay, Buffyverse Top 5 is coming up and I just read a story where Giles owns a coffee shop. I know of another story where Willow works as a barista. So I'm thinking a category of five stories with coffee in them. Know any good fic that fits such a category? I could be encouraged to expand to other beverages. ;-)

I have written two coffee stories, but I'm at a loss trying to remember any others. Sorry! I shall wrack my brain.

Okay, maybe not. One fic, the second in my future John and Buffy series A Happy Life to Go (http://slaymesoftly.livejournal.com/tag/a%20happy%20life) is set in a coffee shop, so it definitely fits the category. Very short, schmoopy ficlet (probably written for a schmoop bingo prompt. The other one I was thinking of: Never Say Never (http://slaymesoftly.livejournal.com/tag/never%20say%20never), also a short, future, reunion fic, has a short scene set in a coffee shop. Buffy and Spike don't spend a lot of time there once they get their coffees to go, though.
The only other one is a longer fic Everytime You Say Goodbye (http://slaymesoftly.livejournal.com/?skip=10&tag=every%20time%20you%20say%20goodbye) which is set sort of in the comics verse where Buffy is working in a coffee shop. I can only think of one scene set in the workplace, though - maybe two - between Buffy and one of the activated slayers who doesn't want to be one.

(I've no idea if these links to LJ entries are going to work - the code looks weird. The fics are also available on my website, the BSV and AO3 and TSR, so...)
