Entropy Fic Search

I'm looking for fics that answer the question of what Spike was going to wish for at the end of the episode. It can be about any of the characters just as long as what happens is a direct result of what Spike wished.

I'm a slash fan so if it goes in that direction, great.

My dream fic would be a sort of "It's a Wonderful Life" type fic where Spike wished he'd never come to Sunnydale, either what Sunnydale and Buffy would be like if he never came, or the other side what would have happened to him if he hadn't went to Sunnydale.

Any suggestions?

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen a fic based on this. A wishverse that happened earlier in season 5 maybe but never at that point where he actually said the words. Damn, I'll be checking back cause I want to see if anyone has done it.

Unintended Concequences by shadowscast (Spike/Xander) is not quite the scenario you're looking for, I think, but it does involve a wish Spike made sometime between "Enthropy" and "Seeing Red"

Thank you. I'm about a fourth of the way through it and it's an excellent story, I can't wait to read more. Now the problem is I want even more stories than I did before I started reading it :(

shipperx has a WIP, Perfect Vengeance, based on this general idea, though it's Hallie, not Anya, that grants Spike's wish, and the wish results in Buffy being thrown back in time to just before William is turned, while Spike's consciousness inhabits William's body. The two of them are forced to work together to find a way to break the wish and return to their own time.
