I'm not sure if there even are any of these out there, but I'm hoping to find fics where Angelus drives William/Spike insane instead of Dru (or with her). Does anyone happen to know of anything like this?

Sorry I can only think of one; it's (mostly) Spuffy and still WIP. (Last update June 2006.) I don't know if you're looking for a certain pairing.
Summary: In 1898 when Angelus was ensouled, he went to Spike and Dru instead of Darla. Dru took off shortly after and Spike and Angel have been together ever since. William had a rough time under Angelus' thumb in the years previous, however, and they certainly left their mark...
The author said in the first chapter: The idea behind this story has been done once before. I really can't remember what it was called, I think it was on Fanfic.net but this story won't resemble it in the slightest. In that story, Spike was also driven insane, not Drusilla. In this story, Spike has been with Angel since his ensoulment, his treatment in the hands of Angelus has created a split personality complicated further by his own actions.)
