I'm in a mood, I'm so bloody sick I can't see straight. . . and I'm looking for stories where Spike goes away and then comes back to find Buffy with a small bundle of joy.

Any season, any time away. . . just so that they had a fling, and then he goes away and then for some reason, he finally comes back. Could be canon or AU, don't really much care.

Just has to have the baby thing. And a happy ending.
