Broken Buffy?

find_buffy_recsHi, all. I was re-reading one of DreamsofSpike's fics recently, and wondered if there are any good Spuffy stories in which Buffy is broken/near broken/breaking due to some sort of torture/abuse/dark situation? It seems like there are a number of these hurt/comfort fics that feature Spike as sufferer of horrible abuses, but I can't really think of any in which Buffy is the one who's been hurt/slave, etc. Know of any?
ETA--Forgot to mention I'm most interested in finding slayer/vampire stories (I guess I do know of a couple of all-human fics that feature an abused Buffy).
