I am looking for ANY slave!fics with the slave being female.  I have seen lots where Spike, Angel, Xander, or other male character is a slave but not with female characters in the slave role.

There are two WIPs at TSR but there really aren't many. One was updated in the last days:
The Good Part, that shall not be taken away by DayWalker. It's up at Elysian Fields too.
Summary: This is the tale of Buffy aka " Anne", a mulatto slave in Kentucky, USA . Anne is resigned to her life as a slave until she meets and falls in love with William Pratt, a young abolitionist lawyer from Boston. In their bid for her freedom and a chance to be together, they face obstacles that test the strength and power of their love. William gives her hope that in a life of misery and pain, their love is …the good part that shall not be taken away…

Ah I couldn't find the other because it was Slave Girl by squawks
Set in a completely AU world to the one we live in, where all women born into the Lower Circle are slaves, as are the men. William and his family belong to the Upper Circle, and thus purchase the slaves who work for them. One day William's mother purchases a woman named Joyce who brings along with her a young daughter.
She took her stories down (but will hopefully come back, reposting them).

False Claims (http://skauble.googlepages.com/fc) has Cordelia enslaved by Angelus. It's not finished, but there's already about 95 chapters of it so it takes a while to read!

Also try having a look through the Buffy & Angel tags at slavefics, there's probably some there. I vaguely recall one with Dawn enslaved, for instance.

I should have mentioned that I had read that one, it was the inspiration for looking for more. It is fabulous like all her work! Everyone should read it!
