Hi, I'm wondering if there is any stories other then "Gone Mental" by whichclothes where spike finds himself in a mental Hospital?  Thank you for your time

maybe check out retrograde by guardian_erin. It isn't finished at 29 chapters. I think it is at the crypt, her journal and the lj community wretched_desire

Try NORMAL AGAIN by Richard Bachman. Based on the episode Normal Again. Instead of Buffy, Spike was poisoned by the demon and his consciousness was transported into an alternative reality where he found himself incarcerated in an asylum. Very impressive dark story.
